I landed in Synergos after spending 20 years in Wella as HR Director and Member of the Board. My passion for Human Resources Management guided me in creating an important Change Management project and putting in place valuable welfare strategies. The desire to share my expertise with other businesses convinced me to accept this challenging role in Synergos. I firmly believe that people are the foundation of every business of the future.
